How TLS Affiliated Pro handles saved finds, travel briefs, AI questions, and website content.
This privacy policy applies to the public TLS Affiliated Pro website at tlsaffiliatedpro.com and its hosted preview. External services linked from this site have their own privacy policies.
Saved product picks
Saved product identifiers are kept in this browser's local storage. They are not sent to TLS as a customer account or synchronized across devices. You can remove them using the button below or clear this site's browser storage.
Your trip brief
Trip form details and comparison choices stay in page memory for the current visit. Refreshing or closing the page clears the brief. Creating a brief does not send it to TLS or book travel. The email button opens a draft in your email app; you review and send it yourself. Downloading saves a text file to your device.
Travel & Product Helper
The helper uses published TLS products and planning resources. When you ask the AI helper a question, your message and recent chat context are sent through the TLS server to OpenAI to produce an answer. TLS does not save chat history to its database. OpenAI processes those messages under its service policies; requests disable response storage. Chat history clears when you close or refresh the helper. Avoid sending private documents, passport numbers, or payment details. Guided checklist details stay on the page unless you include them in a chat message. Saving a checklist downloads a text file to your device. AI answers may be mistaken; confirm details before booking or purchasing.
Contacting Toby
If you email TLS, Toby receives your email address and the information you include to answer your request or provide your planning service. Your email provider and TLS’s email provider also process the message. Share only the details needed to discuss your trip. Do not include payment-card details or passport copies in a trip brief. Payments through Stripe and PayPal
Payment buttons open Stripe or PayPal checkout. The payment provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; this website does not collect your full card details. TLS receives payment and customer information made available by the provider to manage your order. Email your trip brief separately so Toby can match your details with your payment. Site editing and hosting
Owner edits, digital product files, and uploaded images are stored with this hosted site so changes remain available. The public pages are accessible without an owner sign-in. Site editing is restricted to the owner through Sites access controls. Hosting and sign-in providers may process essential service information, such as network requests and authentication data.
Digital product downloads
Downloading a planner saves a file to your device. Details you enter in that file are not sent back to TLS. If you import it into another service, that service handles the file under its own policies. Product drafts hide a listing from the site; they are not an access restriction for someone who already has the file link.
Advertising and external links
This website currently includes no analytics or advertising scripts and does not serve Google ads. Some images load from Amazon or Picfair image services; those services receive normal image requests, including network information needed to deliver the image. Opening an external retailer, tourism page, email service, or Picfair is subject to that service's policies. Affiliate links may be tracked by the retailer or affiliate network.
